Are they moving you for free? if so yes that is the thing to do if not they get paid to do their jobs
is this an agency or private ppl?? more info’s needed here. things can vary between private ppl. however, if u work w/ an agency, u pay follow their rules. IF u hafta sign anything, NEVER sign w/o reading it carefully & ASK questions about what u don’t understand.
Every time I’ve moved I’ve tipped the movers. If they are polite and do a good job I’d give them $100 to split if you can afford it. The pizza isn’t necessary.
I am a mover, an honest one if you can believe that. If I do get tipped it’s usually $20 a man. I have gotten much more but the average tip is usually $20. I would scrap the pizza and just have plenty of drinks for them. I would tip them after each day, they will a lot happier and more cooperative the second then, knowing they have another tip coming.
